How Much?
Leasing Services Fees
Wilmoth Property Services receives a Leasing Fee when we locate a qualified tenant for your property. This amount represents our compensation for the time invested in showing the home and processing the prospective tenant's application and lease. In addition, this fee will also be applied to our costs for any marketing done for the property. Your tenant may be located through other real estate firms and the Leasing fee will also be used to compensate any cooperating Broker who successfully introduces a tenant and accepted lease.
Property Management Fees
Wilmoth Property Services receives a percentage of the gross monthly rents collected as the Property Management Fee. We have a range of fees to customize the services to the property and the owner's desires. Often individual clients require specialized services, tailored to the needs of the particular investment property. We work closely with each owner in order to meet those needs.
